Pressure terrain
What the mountain represents
The pressure terrain shows how structural pressure concentrates. It is not a timeline, not a forecast route, and not month-by-month certainty.
Terrain = business structure under pressure. Gauges = peak pressure readings on Resilience, Execution, and Momentum. Total load = combined structural pressure across all three peaks. Colour and atmosphere reflect pressure state — stable, pressure, fractured, or recovery.
Resilience
Cash endurance, liquidity, funding access. How long the business can absorb pressure before structural decisions are forced.
Execution
Cost structure, unit economics, operating absorption. Whether the business can keep delivering under pressure without the economics breaking.
Momentum
Growth, demand, pipeline, customer movement. Whether the business can keep moving forward under pressure.
Binding constraint
The Binding Constraint
When the mountain fractures, STRATFIT identifies the binding constraint — the one peak that is load-bearing. Not three equal problems. One root cause. Structural Fracture
